In the last two years, Hannah has specialized as a fixed line videographer and photographer. She is an active outdoor rock climber and focuses on storytelling for underrepresented communities.
Her documentary film rap sheet includes three female-centric rock climbing documentaries; two made locally and one internationally. The international film work she directed, Seoul to Sol, was featured in climbing publication, The Climbing Zine. Most of the footage was filmed in Korea, and Hannah realized she had a blast shooting climbing photography.
Gymclimber.com also published an article about JEDI Training Film, the climbing documentary Hannah works on as a camera operator. Her work was featured in the well-written piece about the first Black woman in Texas to bolt and climb a First Ascent.
With a background in fine art photography from the University of North Texas, Hannah easily transitioned into filmmaking when she moved back to Austin in 2018. She currently resides there and works full time in the camera department as a “Digital Utility” on the remake of the show, “Walker Texas Ranger”.
On the weekends you can typically find Hannah climbing with her main partner and sister Karin at Reimers Ranch.
